Terms of Use
Last updated June 24, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Angie (the “Service”), a stock-screening tool created and owned by London Isiofia (“we,” “us,” the “Owner”). By signing in to or otherwise using Angie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1 · Not investment advice
Angie is an informational and educational tool. Its valuations, estimates, verdicts, and any other output are not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and not a solicitation or offer. Outputs are model estimates built on third-party data that may be delayed or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial professional. Past performance and modeled values do not guarantee future results.
2 · Access is invite-only and personal
Access to Angie is granted by invitation, at the Owner’s sole discretion, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time for any reason. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own individual, non-commercial use. Your account and access are personal to you.
3 · What you may not do
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
- share, transfer, sell, sublicense, or otherwise give anyone else access to Angie, including sharing your account, login, or any invitation;
- republish, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Angie or any of its output, screenshots, or data;
- copy, reproduce, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, models, formulas, or methodology behind the Service;
- create any derivative or competing product based on Angie or its methodology;
- use any bot, scraper, or automated means to access the Service or harvest data from it;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access control, security, rate limit, or other feature of the Service.
4 · Intellectual property
Angie — including its name, branding, design, user interface, code, valuation methodology, and all output — is the exclusive property of the Owner and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws. All rights reserved. These Terms grant you no ownership and no rights other than the limited license in Section 2. All goodwill from your use of the Service inures to the Owner.
5 · No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or its data will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Market data is supplied by third parties and may be delayed or wrong.
6 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, investments, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any trading or investment losses. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
7 · Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 1 and 3–6 survive termination.
8 · Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
